Few minutes away to the Monsummano’s terme grotto and it’s precious waters, few km away from the Pinocchio’s garden and the most important historical towns of Tuscany are between 1hour away and the Montecatini golf club is less than five minutes away.

The Villa is 340 square meters and is divided in 2 floors with a beautiful private Spa. It is surrounded by a 3.400 square meters garden, this Villa has a beautiful flodlit pool L shape (11m x 7 m + 4 m x 5,3 m) fully equipped with sunbeds and sofas a gazebo. Thre is also beautiful covered patio nearby. In additional another covered patio on the background of the house with a dining table perfect for “al fresco” dinners. It is located inside a village walking distance to the local restaurants , less than 5min to the Grotta Giusti SPA resort, less than 15min. to the centre of Montecatini Terme and within 1 hour of most of Tuscany actractions.

The Very modern kitchen fully equipped, which overlooks to the spacious dining room with sitting courner with sofa and a bar. You can find the most modern amenities like flat screen TV with satellite  and internet Wi-Fi connection. A guest toilet which is also suitable for handicap people. A double bedroom   with ensuite bathroom and private access to the garden. This ground floor bedroom it is suggested for people with handicap since it has a shower that is accessible even with wheelchair.             

The Spa area with an additional bathroom and a locker room, a corridor leads to the SPA room where are located a Turkish bath with emotional lights,  a Sauna, two relaxing beds and a splendid in ground hot tub hydromassage  with a 180 degrees  view of the surrounding area trough the glasswindows.

At the first floor that is reacheable from a staircase leading from the dining room, are located the four bedrooms, one of which can be converted as double or twin beds. Each have an en-suite bathroom. In thre bedrooms is also present an extra bed available on request for a total accomodation of 10 + 3 people. All bedrooms are equal size. There is also a TV room that can be reach  with a lift from the SPA  there is a large sofa  and a satellite TV with international channels.
