‘Villa Giuliana’, is a beautiful airconditioned 4 bedrooms 210 square meters country house set in a wonderful location in the hills of Camaiore. Conveniently located at a few hundred yards from the village of Camaiore (walking distance) and 4 miles from the seaside, it lies within a beautiful 250 acre private property with private access. It has a beautiful view of the valley and of the surrounding mountains
Ground floor – On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom leads to its private patio veranda.
Firstfloor – On the first floor you will find the living room area with a fireplace, the dining room, a small studio and a bathrooom; a professionally equipped kitchen connected to a beautiful covered pergola ideal for outside dining .
2nd floor – On the second floor there are two double bedrooms each room with its own bathroom. Flat TV with Satellite , wireless and adsl connections in all rooms.
Annex – Beside the main building there is a 2nd building with a Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Garden – In the private park surrounding the villa there is a large covered veranda equipped with barbecue, dining table and chairs for lunch or dinner outdoor. A beautiful park full of trees, flowers and officinal herbs surround the villa. There is a large over flow swimming pool( 16 meters x 5 meters). The property and the park are gated. A synthetic grass tennis court is also situated in the park of Villa Giuliana only for its guests.
The villa has a surface of 210 square meters in 3 floors and a 800 square meters garden inside a 100 hectares private estate
