Property Description

La Maison de Vevette is a completely renovated mid-19th century structure. It is located in a small hamlet of Lunigiana  north west of Tuscany.

This place located in Tuscany in the most remote Lunigiana has always been a meeting point and conviviality, the center of the small town  where you could drink, eat and play the oldest games, it was also  a post office. 

This place was owned  by the grandparents of the owners and called Vevette since the grandmother was French origin.  The owners has decided to renovated it and turn to an holiday house.

The house

The house is divided into suites on the ground floor and a large apartment on the first floor with the possibility of renting individual units or the entire structure (ideal for families or groups of friends).

There is  a common living room at ground floor  and a common kitchen and dining room at 1st floor with a terrace with outside dining area.

Ground floor – La Posta: double bedroom, bathroom and small kitchenette

Il Gioco: bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchenette and outdoor veranda

Suite La Posta and Il Gioco can be connected from the main entrance of the house

Common  living room  with sofa beds  with Smart TV connected with Internet

Suite La Cucina: bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and external veranda

First floor  – Vevette: Agata room (French bed) with private bathroom, Antonietta room (double bed) with private bathroom

There is  a kitchen and dining area that can accommodate up to 10/12 people with fireplace 

Private terrace with views with outside dining area

Agata and Antonietta rooms have direct access to the garden with swimming pool

Outdoors –

Outside the structure there is a large garden with attention to the smallest details and adorned with typical Mediterranean plants, in this setting the aromatic plants are the protagonists.

In the upper part of the garden there is a large swimming pool of 14 meters x 4.5 meters with a constant depth of 1.40 meters, an ideal place to cool off, rest and read a good book.

Nearby the pool there is a sitting area with external sofas.
