The Villa is 500 square meters and is divided in 3 floors. It is surrounded by a 6.000 square meters private garden including the private parking for up to 10 cars, this Villa has a beautiful flodlit pool 10m x 5m depth 1,40m and a beautiful al fresco dining area and a sitting area under the gazebo. It is located inside a village walking distance to the local restaurant and pizzeria, less than 10min to the centre o fLucca and within 1 hour of most of Tuscany actractions
