Main Building: (190 mq + 30 mq patio) can accommodate 6 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms.

Ground Floor: in the large kitchen and in the dining-living rooms there are two stone fireplaces, very useful for warming up the winter evenings.

First Floor: twin bedroom and two double bedrooms, one with the bathroom en-suite and a “king-size” bed.

Loft: (95 mq) surrounded by citrus fruits, is suitable to accommodate 4 people in 2 comfortable bedrooms. The “open-space” living area was designed to make our guests feel inside nature and to enhance the panoramic view. On the same floor, there are the twin bedroom and the “king-size” bedroom, with the bathroom en-suite.

Outdoors: The large outdoor areas, beside a beautiful swimming pool, count on several relaxing and cozy corners, to enjoy good drinks or a barbecue session.

KINDLY NOTE:

There are some unprotected drops and/or slopes around the property; young children need to be supervised all the time. The owner lives just 2 minutes away from the house in case of any needs.

Extras are payable locally in cash euro only. Cheques and credit cards are not accepted.
In case extras are requested, a deposit might be due on arrival in cash euro.
