Casale del Compitese is an antique stone farmhouse with a private swimming pool on the rolling hills of Lucca. It has been built in the 19th Century and is located on the surrounding hills of Lucca, in 12 kms from the city centre and the Walls (10 to 15 mins by car). The villa which is 370 square meters has 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. 

Air conditioning is provided in each single room, a very reliable wifi connection provided by the national phone company it is provided, sat tv and private parking inside the property. The Villa is located within a walking distance from restaurant and shops.

The Villa size is 370 square meters divided in two floor a main floor and a ground floor at the garden level.
