Villa Layout

Ground floor – A lovely living room with an open fireplace, and a flatscreen television, with international channels. There is a well equipped kitchen, which opens out to the covered veranda with a large dining table and a pizza oven. There is a small studio which has two sofa beds. A guest bathroom with shower nearby a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

First floor – Upstairs on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom, both have a sea view and one has TV/DVD.

Second floor – There is a staircase leading up to the second floor, which is equipped with a spacious suite with open fireplace, TV/DVD and a bathroom with lone-standing tub. Here you can set up a crib or cot

50 meters from the house downhill there is an annex  with a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.  On the same building with a separate access there is a kitchen for the use of the guests while they will staying at the pool. Nearby the annex there is a beautiful infinity pool  (16 m x 4 m) with shower and a pergola with large dining table. There are also loungers and sun umbrellas and a barbecue.
