Casale Maria is a beautifully restored antique farmhouse located 3 km from the center of Camaiore, in a small village, in the coastal area of versilia.

This wonderful farmhouse has been renovated recently following the tuscan tradition, it has a surface of 230 sqm and can accomodate up 10 people in 5 bedrooms (3 double King size beds, 2 double queen bedded)

Located on the top of an hill, it’s surrounded by olive groves oak trees and vineyards and has a fenced , well maintained garden of 10.000 sqm ( 2.5 acres )

This is a 5 bedrooms house which is furnished with antique furniture and under the tuscan tradition with at the same time the most modern amenities like air-conditioning in all bedrooms and wireless internet.

The villa also offers an English speaking host to assist you during your stay and has also arranged, upon request to offer the services of the chef Romina to come and prepare an unforgettable dinner which we guarantee will be one of the highlights of your Italian vacation to Tuscany!

Villa Layout

GROUND FLOOR – Entering the house you will find a spacious living room with open fire place with two comfortable sofa’s. A beautiful tuscan style kitchen and dining area. One step down from the living room there is a bathroom with shower, laundry room and pantry.

MEZZANINE FLOOR – Few steps you enter a studio room – library with fireplace, sofas and flat screen satellite TV with door exit to the garden. At the same floor one twin room (that can be converted in double King) called Mimosa who sleeps on this room use the bathroom at ground floor.

FIRST FLOOR – Master bedroom called Peonia with king size bed with panoramic views with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower .

SECOND FLOOR – At this floor are located three bedrooms Double bedroom “Il Melograno” with King Size bed and ensuite shower room. Romantic double bedroom Ortensia with King Size bed and double bedroom Lavanda with adjacent shared bathroom

Outdoors

The private garden is full of olive trees and bushes of lavender, roses and rosmarine. At the front of the house a veranda with a large table and wood oven (we recomend the use of it only to experts), barbecue is available also. From the house you walk down ( 50m ) trough the olive grove to the pool area which is totally fenced under the security regulations, the large pool (14m x 4m ). There is a changing room and outdoor hot and cold shower a Pergola with table and chairs and a BBQ with sink and stove top
