Villa layout
In the enchanting atmosphere of the tuscan countryside, in the middle of the Lucchese’s hills with open view of the surrounding countryside is located Villa Brancoli, greatly renovated on 2016 keeping the original style. It’s strategic position between Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the coast make it an ideal place for a relaxing stay alternate to cultural visits. Located in a small village close to Lucca , just 10min driving , walking distance to local restaurant .
The building is composed by 3 floors. On the ground floor separated from the rest of the house the owner lives, at your disposal during your stay for any need but very careful on keeping your privacy.
While 1st floor and 2nd floor are at guest’s disposal with 5 bedrooms accomodation for up to 10 guests, with separate entrance to keep client’s privacy.
First floor – At 1st floor (only 9 steps) there are 4 bedrooms (three double and one twin bedroom) with 2 bathrooms with shower and an elegant music and games room where dominate the piano , a table for the games and a TV. The furnishing and the attention to the details make an elegant athmosphere, curtains and textiles are researched with care and refinement.
Attic floor – Making few steps we reach the most beautiful part of the house, a large attic with open space kitchen with dining table and sitting area with fireplace. There are four well appointed windows and a glass door that leads to the large terrace well appointed with gazebo, table with chairs for al fresco dining and a great sitting area, the all completed of the most wonderful view of the village,the surrounding hills, the garden and the pool. At the same floor there is the 5th bedroom with an elegant and refined bathroom with a stunning glass shower.
Outdoors
The beautiful swimming pool (12×6 meters) which is at exclusive use of guests, is equipped with a gazebo with elegant sitting area and a covered patio with table for al Fresco dinner. There is a very nice shower as well. In the garden there are several spaces where to relax under the shadow of the trees .
