The fully equipped Kitchen and dining area are at the entrance in one room and are reachable from 2 doors which connect them to the patio.
Separated by an archway there is the elegant living room with a fireplace and satellite TV.
Beside the living room there is a single bedroom with a single extendable bed that, in case the group will be of 6 people, can accomodate an extra person. Take note that on this case the space in the room will be very small.

This bedroom has a private entrance connected with the garden.
A bathroom with a beautiful shower decorated with stones is just beside the single bedroom.
From there also there is door where you can reach the laundry room.
Frome the living room you can take the stairs to reach the 1st floor.

First Floor:

• Bathroom with jacuzzi tub
• Double Bedroom
• Terrace

On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms. One with a romantic 4 poster iron bed draped with curtains and the other with a classic iron double bed in country style.
In both bedrooms are included original classic forniture.
The bathroom is provided with a Jacuzzi bathtub and complete of all accessories.
From a sliding door you can reach to the terrace where you can enjoy your drinks or make some sunbeating. From the terrace by outside stairs you can reach the garden.

Outside: In the garden filled of olive trees, there is the swimming pool (9,5 x 4,5), a pizza oven and the barbecue. The covered patio outside the house with an iron table and chairs that can accomodate up to 10 people is the perfect place for al fresco dinners.

About Location:

Casale Valentina sits only 50 meters from a bar and grocery shop.
Within 5 minutes you can reach the small town of Ponte a Moriano that offers a big choice of restaurants.

The house is located in an hamlet on the hills but Lucca is only 20 minutes away. Historically Lucca had a large water supply, so many wealthy and affluent people built. The Italian coast is less than 40 minutes away.

PLEASE NOTE: The house at present is not provided of telephone line, guest should
provide themselves with mobile phones. Without any charge the owner can provide one italian prepaid sim card that the guest will reload before using it.
