Apartment Layout

The apartment lies on the first floor of a typical townhouse in the most central of the locations.
There is only one flight of steps (17 steps) from the street level. It consists of a large entrance hall,
a spacious living room, a separate fully-equipped kitchen with dining table and also a laundry space,
two double bedrooms (both with a queen sized bed) and two full bathrooms (both with a walk-in shower). One of the bedrooms has bathroom en-suite and the other joins the bathroom just off the bedroom. Both the bathrooms have walk-in shower. The apartment is fully air conditioned and provided with television, wifi, dish-washer and washing machine.

About Location: No more central than here. Few steps from San Michele Church, just round the corner of Via Fillungo and Piazza San Salvatore. Groceries and bakeries right downstairs, restaurants few steps away, stores and shops just out of your front door.
Train station 10 minutes walking away, Bus station even less. Parking: at the train station.
The free area instead is a little bit further away… but less than 15 min walking.
The apartment lies above a famous bakery: it means a good sweet smell every morning.
