Outdoors – The grounds of the villa offers several sunny and shaded terraces for dining or relaxing:

• The old wood table at the large shaded terrace can perfectly host up to 18 people
• Breakfasts, lunches and aperitifs can be enjoyed at one of the two gazebos
• The large swimming pool is just a few stone steps down from the terraces
• The outdoor gym (covered but opened at the sides)

Damage deposit: € 1.000 to be held by the agency or payable only in cash to owner.
It will be returned at the end of guest’s stay minus any damages or unpaid fees.

City tax: there is no accommodation tax at this time, but can change without notice based on the Municipality Ruling.

Extras: payable locally in cash euro only. In alternative Credit cards might be accepted but + 3% service service charge should be added. Also all extras and service can be paid also by bank transfer and on this case they should be prepaid in advance without 3% service charge. In case of multiple services required a 30% downpayment should be submit to confirm the service, all payment are 100% not refundable.

Food shopping: if your customers don’t like to go to grocery shop we can do it for them. They will give us a food list in the evening and the morning after they will find what requested (€ 100,00 each time).

Lunch / Dinner: We have a large choice of menus starting from the simplest ones up to gala dinner for special events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays etc.

Tastings: We can organize special tasting lunch/dinner about wine, olive oil, cheese and cold cuts (sausages, hams, salamis etc…) with sommeliers and professionals.

Classical music events: thanks to the wonderful acoustic in our private church building and gazebo we are able to organize private lyric concerts with opera singers indoors and outdoors.

Special events: we are able to satisfy all guest’s desires. We can provide not only settings but also musicians, deejays, bands, bartenders and off course various kinds of catering services. For special events, an extra fee for Villa Daniela’s ground is required.

Weddings: In our villa it is possible to celebrate civil wedding and we are able to provide to the guests all the services they may need to make this day unforgettable:

• Fine China set Fiandra tablecloths and a five stars catering service.

For weddings, an extra fee of € 1.000 for Villa La Volpe’s ground is required
