Outdoors
In the spacious garden there is a wonderful pool (16×4 m) with sun loungers and umbrellas and outdoor shower, which is located just few meters from the villa. There is also a shady pergola with a large dining table, perfect for outdoor dining. The villa has wonderful panoramic views over Lake Massaciuccoli towards the sea.

- The house is located in a small hamlet with a narrow road if you want to reach the house by car need to have a small car, the private parking can accomodate only 2 cars. In alternative you can park in the small square about 100 meters from the car if available or 300 meters away downhill.
